I have noticed that issue myself. And even now, I'm sure I'm signed into Google, yet it's still saying that when I post my comment, it will ask me to sign into my Google account to verify.
I wonder if it's a Blogger bug?
Possibly. Glad to know it's not just me! I also can't see any Google+ pages. That might just be this computer, though.
